I need to show up to my bank in Japan and need to do paper work to get new card. Also I cannot ask them through the online... My cash card was international card that I got in Japan. So I cannot send to my american bank account too... I asked many thing to japanese bank what I should do. And they said, what I have to do are I have to go to Japan and show up myself to the bank and write paper work with stamp of my name(this is important thing in Japan) A couple of month I told them I cannot go back to Japan right now. but they cannot accept it until I show up to the bank. And even if my family could go they cannot accept them but me. My situation is a difficult case and I didn't even think my card might be stuck into ATM machine... And I thought american bank can give me my cash card back but they don't do it for me because its not american bank's card... I really don't know what else I can do.
